Our BIG GOALS Starting in 2023

Baptize 35+ people this year.

Salvation is our first purpose but not our end goal.  We strive to provide an environment that nurtures believers to grow closer to Jesus, and we believe that the first step in lives being changed is a believer making their declaration of faith publicly.

Establish a Restoration Program designed to rehabilitate addicts.

Offering a support program is not enough.  While offering ongoing support, we also want to assist these individuals with restoring parts of their lives that may have been lost.  (finding employment, transportation, a place to live ect.)

Purchase land & build 4 tiny temporary structures for homeless

This is a growing need in our community, and we will not turn a blind eye to it.  We believe that it is a command from God to help those in need and be the hands and feet of Jesus.  That is exactly what we plan to do.

Purchase the 33 acres adjacent to our campus for future use.

AnchorPointe Church was founded with a 3 Phase Goal.  We are currently in Phase 2 of that plan.  Phase 3 is to build a primary building that will house a congregation of 1,000+.  This purchase will be the first step in preparing for Phase 3.

Move in position to launch AnchorPointe Church campus #2.

It has been a part of the AP vision from the beginning to plant more churches.  It is time now to begin praying about and researching locations for a second campus.

Send 20 people on a mission trip.

We desire to impact the world with the Gospel of Jesus. We aim to send at least 20 people on a mission trip this year, foreign or local (within the US).

Reach 100 volunteers serving in ministry.

Every individual is uniquely designed by God with purpose and a calling.  We work hard to help people discover their purpose and step into their calling by serving in ministry.

Finish “The Journey” and get folks started in it.

“The Journey” is a discipleship program being developed by our Pastoral Staff.  Its purpose is to give individuals biblical foundations and principles to develop their faith and further their walk with Jesus.

Pay off $50K renovation loan.

While renovating our campus for Phase 2, we are very proud to have raised almost all that money as a church body.  It was a very costly project and we only had to borrow 50k to finish it.  Now we are going to pay off that loan to free up more funds for further ministry.

Move all the pastors to paid staff.

Some of our pastors still work as volunteers.  We would like to move them all to paid staff as soon as possible.  They give and sacrifice much to our church.
